So BUYER BEWARE, just as if you were using any other source of second hand merchandise for sale. This applies to all advertisements, e.g., banner ads, etc., placed for publication on our site.

We encourage all users to properly verify the authenticity of all sellers or providers of services. This may include calls to the Better Business Bureau, proper State Licensing Authority, or other regulatory body. Taking, or not taking this step is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT freeLincoln.com or its sponsors.

Sellers & Event Promoters (and other all other content submitters) - It is the responsibility of those posting classified ads and other content to use our facilities in a manner that is legal, respects the privacy of others, and does not infringe the copywrites of others. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to post classified ads and other submitted content we believe are inappropriate. However we are not the content police, so neither freeLincoln.com, nor its sponsors, are responsible for the content posted individual classified ads or any other content posted by third parties though our service.

Rights to Content - While we, freeLincoln.com, do not claim ownership of our users content you do as a user grant to freeLincoln.com a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use said content in any way we see fit. No compensation will be paid or due to you from freeLincoln.com with respect to our use of content as licensed above. By submitting content, uploading files, or engaging in any other form of communication with freeLincoln.com you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control the rights necessary to do so and grant us (freeLincoln.com) the license set forth above. Privacy Personal information we collect about customers placing ads on this site will not be provided to third parties in any form other than summarized. Names, addresses, and other contact information will be kept confidential to the best of our technical ability. We have procedures in place to safeguard such information from unauthorized access, while no system is perfect it is unlikely such information would be extracted by unauthorized users. Plus we don't collect highly confidential information on our servers such as Visa/MC, social security numbers, etc. We will from time to time on an irregular basis (est 4 times annually) contact old customers keeping them informed of new services, changes to our disclosure policies, etc. This contact may take the form of direct mail or email.
